Vortex is an adorable little guy that was rescued by a kind woman who found him trying to survive out in the country in this frigid weather. She saved his life by keeping him safe, warm and fed until NASAP could help rehome him. Vortex has a unique short coat that is a very dark/brown ticked tabby pattern. He is quite outgoing and well socialized. He loves to cuddle and play and he is very gentle with people. Vortex is looking for an indoor only home where he will be safe for life. We don't ever want him to end up out in the cold again. Vortex is young and adaptable and should be able to fit in with any loving family. He could likely companion other friendly and outgoing cats, dogs or children in an adoptive home. He will be available for adoption after his neuter on January 11, 2017.
