ADOPTION PENDING

Hi! I’m Chloe. I'm an 11 year old domestic short haired cat with lots to offer!

I’ve been with my foster family for just over two months.  They have come to love me very much in this short period of time, because I am a sweetheart.

I like to lie all over my foster lady’s work documents when she works from home; usually I fall asleep next to her while she works because I know she needs the comfort I provide to her as she works.  When my foster man watches sports, or plays video games I like to hang out with him in the basement and climb all over him and block his view of the TV at critical moments of the game.  He seems to like that!

I have a healthy appetite, so I’m likely going to need a lower calorie diet for a short period of time.  Just because I’m a little overweight doesn’t mean I’m not active, though.  I am an indoor cat, but I like to chase feathers on strings and other wand type toys.

I have met my foster family's other cats, and I DO NOT like them.  We lead very separate lives.  When they are on the main floor, I am in the basement and when I am on the main floor, they are in the basement or in their enclosed backyard.  This means that I am going to have to be in an only cat household.  The way I look at this is I have a lot of love to give, so why have other cats in the way.

I would be suited to any home, without other animals, but would likely thrive in an environment where life is stable and my people are home regularly.  I want you to go and hang with your friends and family, but I want you to come home and see me every night so we can hang out, too.  My foster family thinks I deserve to spend my informative years in a stable, loving, chilled out, and happy environment.  Me too!

Thanks for taking the time to read about me.  I look forward to you taking me home.
