Say hello to Goose!
He’s a friendly and well-behaved boy who loves hanging out with his humans and absolutely loves meeting new people. He’s quite offended if visitors don’t greet him right away and he’ll stand up and do air headbutts to let his wish for pets be known. Although Goose isn’t a classic lap cat he is warming to the idea and can often be persuaded to sit on your stomach where he makes some very efficient biscuits before running off.
Goose may appear cool and collected most of the time, but don’t be fooled, once you break out the wand toys, his silly side emerges. Get the build-up just right, and you’ll witness some seriously impressive backflips that show off his agility. Sometimes, he’s up for chasing that wand from room to room, and he might even decide to carry it himself!
When playtime takes a break, he likes to follow his foster mom around and snooze nearby. At night, he’s more than happy to find his cozy spot on the bed.
We think Goose would do well in a home with respectful friends, either cat or dog. He lived with Bear, and they liked to wrestle and chase each other around the house. Goose plays a little rough, so he’ll need a well matched friend and appropriate introduction time (don’t we all).
