Biscuit is very attached to his people and loves couch cuddles.  He can get anxious when he can't find his people, and will play meow-co polo to figure out where they are.  He loves playing "hunt the bird" with string toys and appreciates getting a treat when he successfully catches his fake bird.  Birdwatching is also his hobby, and he will chitter at magpies especially. Secret forts under the couch and high perches are his favorite locations.  He also likes to play with water - sinks, toilets, and water bowls alike.  He has had difficulty getting along with other cats in the past, mostly because he is slow to warm up to new places and new animals. The other cats are usually ready to make friends before Biscuit is ready. However, a long introduction period or a place to hide may help, as he has successfully made friends with a rabbit. What seemed to help most is he could leave her area at any time and she couldn't follow him, which allowed him to get to know her at his own pace.  If given time to settle in before getting a lot of attention, he would be good with older children and would love any extra chin scratches they can throw his way.  While he needs time to get used to things, once he is settled, he is a love-bug who wants to be near his people whenever possible.

Meet Captain Jack Sparrow

He is playful, aloof, unfazed by other cats, and loves to taunt. He is always looking for a good cuddle but he will settle himself independently when needed. He LOVEs catnip and toys and always finds the toy bin.
